My mental states have a huge impact on everything I do. If I’m in a bad mood I will tend to not want to do anything at all. I usually have 4 states I am in hungry, sad, happy, and tired. Everyday I’m mostly tired no matter what. Being happy will cause me to be super productive and do everything I need to and even more. Everyday I’m usually tired and just hungry. Very simple with what’s predetermined of what’s going to happen on those 4 states.
